To help you envision your day, I’ve created this interactive tool. It allows you to explore how your wedding might unfold based on your ceremony time, first look preference, and season. Use it to determine when hair and makeup should conclude, the optimal time to start getting ready, or what to share with your planner or venue.

While this tool was created with Mindy Hulett Photo couples in mind, it’s available for anyone planning a wedding—just keep in mind that every photographer has a unique approach to structuring the day.
For my couples, I will still craft your final, bespoke timeline together in the weeks leading up to your wedding. Consider this tool an elegant first step in planning a day that’s truly effortless and unforgettable.
what to expect
It’s time for your couple portraits. We’ll find the perfect spots with the best light and most stunning backgrounds to showcase just the two of you. Above all, we’ll create images that feel authentic, timeless, and that you absolutely love.
Next, we will invite your whole bridal party to get their pictures with the two of you. It's time to get excited with your best hype squad! It's almost time for the ceremony! We'll wrap up 30 minutes before the ceremony to make sure you have time to relax.
It's time for all of your friends and family to come together to celebrate the two of you! We will be making sure we are photographing all of the amazing "firsts" as husband and wife. (The walk down the aisle after you're hitched is my favorite!)
It’s time for your family portraits! It’s always so special to see the people who shaped you into who you are today. To help this part of the day run smoothly, I recommend preparing your family shot list in advance and letting everyone know they’ll be needed for photos right after the ceremony. That way, we can capture these moments quickly and beautifully!
It’s time to relax and enjoy cocktail hour while we capture all the gorgeous reception details. From the tablescapes to the cake (a personal favorite!), we’ll make sure every thoughtful touch is documented beautifully. Then it’s time for the party—the perfect moment for candid photos of you and your guests celebrating! We’ll capture it all: your first dance, parent dances, toasts, cake cutting, and of course, the energy on the dance floor.
Depending on the time of year, when these pictures happen will change, but from late spring to early fall our golden glow sunset pictures will happen during the reception.
With 8 hours of coverage you don't need to sacrifice exit photos. We can simply pull out your bridal party and immediate family and have a faux exit. You get images you love, and then you get to go right back to the dance floor where you belong.
It’s time for your first look. Some couples exchange heartfelt cards or meaningful gifts. Some share private vows, while others simply take in the joy of seeing each other for the first time. Whatever you choose, this moment is entirely yours—intimate, unforgettable, and just for the two of you.

Details / Getting ready
Once I arrive, we’ll gather all the details for a beautiful flat lay shot. This includes the bride’s shoes, jewelry, wedding invitation, flowers, and of course, the rings! We’ll also capture the groom’s details, such as his shoes, cufflinks, tie, watch, and more.
It's time for everyone to start getting dressed. We allow extra time for a first look with your bridesmaids and/or a parent. Don't forget to leave all of your jewelry off until after you're in the dress. We will get shots of you putting everything on!
